1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- An unboxing video is required as proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery.
- We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind; only exchanges are provided if the item meets our return conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original tags/packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Exchange Process
- Go to our Contact Us page and share your order number, reason for exchange, and unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once approved, you can ship the item back to us.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- We will process your exchange after we inspect and approve the returned item.
4. Refunds
- We currently offer refunds only for incorrect, defective, or damaged items that cannot be replaced.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after we confirm the return for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
