1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • An unboxing video is required as proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery.
  • We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind; only exchanges are provided if the item meets our return conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original tags/packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Exchange Process

  • Go to our Contact Us page and share your order number, reason for exchange, and unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once approved, you can ship the item back to us.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • We will process your exchange after we inspect and approve the returned item.

4. Refunds

  • We currently offer refunds only for incorrect, defective, or damaged items that cannot be replaced.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we confirm the return for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Order Cancellations

  1. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
